About Us
I’m Cory Favalora, an InterNACHI-certified and Florida state-licensed home inspector originally from Gloucester, Massachusetts. After earning my master’s degree from Endicott College, my wife Michelle and I made the move to St. Augustine, Florida, where we’ve enjoyed making a home of our own with our 12-year-old dog, Pepper.
Outside of inspecting homes, I’m an avid woodworker, and I enjoy the challenge of building things with my own hands. And living in St. Augustine, a day just doesn’t feel complete without a trip to the beach.
As a home inspector, I believe being on time, thorough, and easy to understand matters.
Buying a home is a major decision, and my goal is to make the inspection process straightforward and informative. I take the time to explain what I find, answer questions, and help you understand the home—not just point out problems.
Your home is where life happens. I’m here to help you understand it, so you can move forward with confidence.
