Four Point Inspection

An inspection that evaluates four major components of a home—roof, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems—to document their age, condition, and overall insurability.
New Construction/ Pre Drywall

A comprehensive inspection of a newly constructed home performed near completion and before final walkthrough or closing. The goal is to identify observable defects, incomplete work, installation concerns, or other conditions that may warrant correction by the builder before closing or occupancy.
11 Month Inspection

A comprehensive inspection performed near the end of a new home's first year, before the builder's warranty period typically expires. The detailed inspection report can help homeowners document concerns to discuss with their builder before applicable warranty deadlines. Warranty coverage and repair decisions are determined by the builder or warranty provider.
Rental Inspection

Designed for existing rental property owners who want a professional evaluation of their property's current condition. This service can help identify maintenance concerns, defects, and conditions that may warrant repair or further evaluation. This is not a code-compliance, tenant-move-in/move-out, or municipal rental inspection.
